PT. SMART TBK is currently looking for Position “Mechanization & Technical Coordinator (Manager & Askep Level)” with Requirement:
Job Descriptions:
· Direct and monitor the implementation of mechanization in the field
· Conduct necessary training for operators
· Monitor maintenance and repair of existing heavy equipments
· Monitor the condition of heavy equipments, create supporting reports
· Provide advice/input for technical assistants from the technical side of maintenance and repair.
Job Requirement:
· Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Mechanical
· Having min 8 years of working experience, preferably in Agribusiness industry
· Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong leadership and capable of working under pressure and deadlines
· Willingness to be based in Sumatera Selatan, Bangka Belitung, Lampung, Kalimantan Tengah or Kalimantan Barat is a must.
