Assistant Purchasing/ Sr. Assistant Purchasing – placement Central Kalimantan (site area)
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material and Warehouse Management or equivalent.
Able to communicate in English language (written & oral)
Willing to be based in Central Kalimantan site (site Area)
Willing to be placed at Oil Palm Plantation Company
Job Description:
Receive PR and request a quotation to the Supplier.
Convert PR to PO and follow up until goods are received.
Negotiation with Suppliers to get the best price.
Monitoring Delivery to make sure all materials receive as scheduled
Follow to user to get the right specification and inform to Supplier.
Reporting to Superior (Daily, Weekly and Monthly).
